I charge 50% out of the service(s) booked when a client no shows (considered a no show after 15 min into the service time when you still have not arrived) or cancels within the 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. This is from the deposit you pay during booking. If you need to reschedule you must contact me or do so yourself before 24 hours of the appointment time.
