I charge 100% of the service(s) when a client no shows without informing me (considered a no show after 15 minutes into the service time when client has not arrived) and charge 50% of the service(s) when a client reschedules or cancels within the 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. If you need to reschedule you must contact me or do so yourself before 24 hours of the appointment time.
